Conway will partner closely with operating company leaders and their leadership teams to support their growth and culture, along with the value propositions that attract and retain top talent, helping to ensure long-term success.
Conway has one of the industry’s most diverse leadership tracks, having served as CEO of Latter & Blum, one of the largest independent residential brokerages in the southeast, then having moved on to a senior leadership position at Compass, and most recently having served as President of Long & Foster, a HomeServices of America company.

She assumes the role of SVP as part of Candace Adams’ transition from her current position as EVP into a senior advisor role with HomeServices, and together with Conway, will further the organization’s value proposition as the only major brokerage in the nation offering a suite of homeownership services under one umbrella.
