Ameribrands, a holding company of businesses delivering exceptional value-added solutions to multi-site brands nationwide, announced today the acquisition of Construction and Hospitality Services, LLC, now rebranded to Commercial Hospitality Solutions (“CHS”), a national provider of hotel and hospitality property renovation services located in Melbourne, Florida.
The CHS deal comes on the heels of the holding company’s 2025 addition of Genesis Hotel Renovations (“Genesis”), a similar national provider located in Plano, Texas. The two acquisitions shore up Ameribrands’ ability to service the hospitality sector with specialized expertise, creating a strong ecosystem of brands with complementary offerings. CHS brings a dozen years of experience with more than a hundred clients nationwide, both residential and commercial.

CHS complements the 2025 acquisition of Genesis, also a provider in the hotel and hospitality renovation space. Additionally, Ameribrands purchased Allied Stainless, a manufacturer of stainless steel food service equipment, in March 2024. The Ameribrands portfolio also includes Ameritech Facility Services, a national provider specializing in equipment rollouts, facility improvements, renovations, and remodels for commercial facilities.; Access Pro Supply, a supplier and distributor of commercial restroom fixtures; and Adaptive Construction Management, a provider of construction management staffing services to corporate clients.
The CHS transaction was completed in partnership with investment firm Little River Partners, who also assisted in the earlier acquisition of Genesis. “We love seeing our clients grow,” said Tristan Wynn, Little River Partners’ Managing Partner. “CHS is Ameribrands’ second acquisition in hospitality, with more to come.”
